The second canyon we did is called "The Subway." You will probably be able to tell from the pictures where it got its name. It is a less technical canyon than Pine Creek, but no less challenging as it is probably 3 times as long (9+ miles). For 2/3 of the hike you are pretty much walking in a river bed. It was super fun!

Me too. Looks like a beautiful place. Do you want to meet at Lake mead sometime? We have 2 infant life jackets.
Jason and I did the Subway last year. It was such a blast...apart from that long freezing cold swim towards the end that I never thought I would thaw out from.
Wow! That looks amazing! Very impressive for a new mother. You're right up there with the Pioneer Women, I'm sure. Although, they probably didn't think that kind of stuff was as fun as you make it look....
